* Rafting and winter season tours sponsored by our company take place in nature. The tour may be canceled or changed without notice on the day due to sudden changes in weather or rising river water.

 

 

*Basically, the tour will be held in rain or snow, but if it is determined to be dangerous according to our operating regulations, the tour will be held on the lake.

*On the day of the event, participants will be required to fill out the necessary information and sign the participation confirmation form. If you are under 18 years old, a parent or guardian's signature is required. If a parent or guardian cannot come, please be sure to let us know in advance.

 

 

*About disability insurance
Outdoor sports tours are tours conducted in nature and may be dangerous. Our guides have undergone training to reduce the risks as much as possible, and we have received training on rescue methods and first aid methods, and we have a thorough system in place for our tours, but we cannot guarantee that accidents will never occur.
In the unlikely event of an accident, we will apply the following insurance. However, compensation will be within the scope of insurance coverage, and we will not be responsible for any other compensation. Please note that accident insurance covers "sudden and accidental outpatient accidents" and voluntary acts such as activities (diving, swimming) during the tour are not covered.

When participating in the various tours sponsored by Feeloutdoor, there is a risk of illness, injury, damage, loss, or life, and the tour does not involve special rubber boats, skis, snowboards, snowshoes, bodyboards, sleds, cars, buses, etc. We recognize that there is a risk of accidents, including the use of transportation methods, the risk of natural disasters, passing through areas far from medical areas, and receiving meals outdoors. I hereby acknowledge the above-mentioned risks, understand and accept the contents of the insurance and disclaimer, and under no circumstances will I incur any liability or obligation or file a lawsuit against our company or its related parties. I agree not to make any demands. *Those who have consumed alcohol on the day of the event, those with a hangover, or those who are pregnant are not allowed to participate. Anyone who is clearly intoxicated will not be allowed to participate as it may be life-threatening. In that case, we will charge a cancellation fee.

 

 

*If you have any concerns such as chronic illness, health condition, handicap, etc., please contact us in advance.

 

*We may refuse to participate in the tour due to behavior, circumstances, etc. that would lead us to believe that the life of the prospective participant is not in our hands.

 

*We will not respond to any requests for money or other fees due to troubles at the time of reservation.

 

*Please complete registration by the tour start time. The tour will start at the scheduled time. (Please be sure to contact us if you will be late.)

 

*If the water level in the river no longer meets our safety standards, the tour may be canceled or the tour may be changed to a lake.

 

*If you cancel or reduce the number of people due to the customer's convenience, we will charge the following cancellation fee. (This also includes delays due to coronavirus-related issues or traffic congestion.)

*About changing reservations

A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for schedule changes from 2 days in advance to the same day. (Because we have already arranged the guide etc.)

Also, if you make a change 10 to 3 days in advance, a fee of 500 yen will be charged for the number of people in the reservation (only in August) .

Please note that there will be arrangements and adjustments for the guide.

 

If you do not understand the above terms and conditions, your reservation will be invalidated and you will not be able to participate in the tour.
